We take cleaning seriously
All Modern owner-operators and their teams are professionally trained cleaners and each one is matched to a site based on their specific skillset and expertise. Each owner-operator undergoes client-specific scope training, followed by testing to ensure mastery of the service standard to be delivered.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, each member of the franchise network has been trained on disinfection cleaning protocols, and will only use government of Canada approved disinfectant cleaning products certified to kill bacteria.
The Modern network continuously upgrades their expertise by innovating with the latest equipment, chemicals, and best-practices to deliver the highest efficiency and effectiveness.

We have leveraged scale and resources to develop this technology to provide clients with the visibility, reporting and confidence they require. Our mobile applications form a comprehensive remote management system that reduces costs, and gives daily visibility on execution. Clients get the benefit of consistent quality control, with owner-operators having the ability to evaluate and proactively make adjustments where necessary.
